Think of a situation where you are based in Surat and want to consult a doctor in New Delhi. How do you send your reports? You can either send them by courier or through WhatsApp, provided you have the mobile number of the doctor.
Now think of a scenario where you want to take multiple opinions. You carry all your files to every doctor you visit. To add to your agony, if your doctor asks you for previous reports that you aren't carrying, you go through the struggle of making another appointment to get a more comprehensive consultation.
